@malta if you wont a rpl for your 6610 specified you must make a ask file send to companies who sell them and buy a rpl for your 6610 specified with his number imei original.but your 6610 is asic 2 and you must get a simple rpl for asic 2 and erase to him with the number imei of rpl and your phone is ok but with a diferent number imei.
and some of asic 2 i have gived to you for others contact delta

i tried some rpl`s but they give me write original imei even tough i changed the uem . whem i asked iiphone from where i bought the uem he told me you must write any rpl file but it must be for a 6610

Here u have 6610 PM.

However if u had changed the UEM, u need to make an *.ask and pay for calculate *.rpl for your new IMEI.

@malta.i have dont understand very well what you say.but
if you have change uem you must erase to phone only one time a rpl file if you have a wrong operation you must change another uem ok!
nokia has a diferent asics and your 6610 is asic 2 and you wont a valid asic 2 rpl to resolve your problem and all will be ok

It´s very simple.

He changed the UEM and thought that rpl write the IMEI to his new UEM, and that´s true. But not with these RPL. These RPL and read from working phones and field 5(IMEI Information) removed from the RPL. He needs a RPL with field 5 with IMEI information he wants. As so he need to make an ASK file send it to griffin or so, pay and they sent him RPL with desired IMEI. Then he can write that (and only that one) RPL to his phone.

@drug store i sorry but its not true what are you saying the rpl that i have sugest to malta are posted to me from nokia and are valid rpls ok!
and with one of these rpl for asic 2 his phone works fine with imei that i have asked.
its not necesary to buy one uem one rpl cost too much and you know these

Maybe I need to explain even in a simplier way...

RPL files contains information that calibrates the phone, battery, network receiver, etc, including IMEI network registering.

RPL that he can write to his phone without getting Contact Service are the RPL´s without field 5 (IMEI information field).
So writing a RPL on this stage can just adjust the phone parameters but NOT change or write IMEI.

To have a RPL with desired IMEI, he need to buy one from griffin or so (by this on the other post, I mean, or other person who sell it).

Oh and I didn´t said he needed to buy a UEM for an RPL, I said other way around.
He need to "buy" (or calculate) a RPL for his UEM, that in this case is a new one.
