Has anyone else used this new solution? If so some feedback will be appreciated!
Spear is not joking, when he say that he has the solution believe it . i bought the old old of nec from him, and it works better.
I am very interested in this solution and even at that price - but i need feedback to say it works 100% with all the 313 sw versions

NEC Code Calculator
Put 2g sim into phone
Input IMEI into calculator
Press calculate
Switch 2g phone on
Press down on phone until prompted for unlock code
Enter code after #4960*
Press ok
Then dial 112 followed by send then wait until prompted to change network press yes but before the call connects you must hang up otherwise you will be connected to emergency services.(NOT A GOOD IDEA)
When you hang up the call your phone will register to 2g network after 3-4 seconds.
Known Faults With NEC Calculator
You cannot access Messaging or Contacts menu using this method but I believe that there is a new version coming which rectifys this anomoly.

they will have to carry there phone books again. at least will be half the size than the nec phone ha ha .reg
nec e 228 :i put 2g sim-on the phone-emergecy-call 112-send mesage is"swith on 3g"
press ok and rapid hang up.after 8-10 sec apears "2,5 and signal for network.
mesage on the display is "please imput corect usim card" ,but....if sommeone call me
phone work,i speak. ps:not can male call and menu.
