N-gage Unable to open algorithm !

i have original prodigy10.10 and i can flash n-gage mcu+ppm without any prb but when i flash it with ADSP+MCU+PPM i see this msg :
USB status: Unable to open algorithm !

(pb of phone : contact the retailer)
this is the procedure for falshing n-gage whith ADSP by Prodigy :

After this procedure phone power on with contact the retailer, i tryed to unlock set full factory setting formatting user area but no way to repair this problem, i think the only way to repair this phone flashing with adsp device.
i need to know what is this algorithm prodigy cant open it.
