Phone Restricted after writing PM values

Hi all,
After writting PM values to some phones like 6100, 7250, 7250i and 6310 i'm getting phone restricted and can not be unlocked, even the IMEI is ??????????????? or 00000000000. And sometimes the phone will work well.

So i want to know please what i'm making wrong.
Is there any procedure to do before writing the PM value to avoid destroying the UEM.

hi man try using no imei pm files u r writing a new imei to your phones by the pm files
use search option to find this no imei pm files or try
