I am looking for an Unlocking software which I can use to unlock my Nokia 3650 which is locked to AT&T USA network.

No need for special software, because there are free calculators everywhere. Important thing is you will need to know the network code for your phone (MNC+MCC).

You can use DCT4 Caculator and as well as specail Package. like Twister, UFS3, or Griffin.........
