New to this site as of today. encouraging topics...

Just bought t-mobile (UK) 100mb/month deal on an Option GPRS card similar to AT&T card I assume. Getting some decent speed and no real grumbles, especially as we're talking £13.50 / month - 13.5pence per meg is cheap - guess they are trying to get rid as 3G is here now across major UK providers.

However much like cellrepairus above I need to know if it is possible to make the cards sim free (no not just taking the sim from the GPRS card), making the card free from the t-mobile tag it has presently. When going to Europe for the vacation I want to use a local data sim rather than pay the massive major provider rates, hence can I unlock the card? It must be possible as these cards are purchased sim free, but at great cost.

ps. asked t-mobile but they are keen for me to use their Eurpean tariffs

Can anyone explain, help??
