The stuff to do this is available in China. I purchased some but the problem is it is a highly volatile liquid that they have. It can't be flown by air. I don't think anyone is in such desperate need that they will drive it over:)
However I am sure that some alternatives exist closer to home and maybe other users can enlighten us on this.
