trouble with griffin gold

very strange problem with griffin
box work fine with dct3 phones with power supply from griffin
but dct4 phones not power on from box
Vbat is ok 3.9v but phone not power on on the cable
what ' s problem

the BOX really will not power on the phone, it will only boot in LOCAL/TEST MODE for DCT4 phones....
