3650 i can flash it via griffin but can't fromat user area

i can flash nokia 3650 via griffin but i can't fromat user area.
i have 3650 with ver 2.50 and i have to upgrade to new ver 4.17.
if i press DETECT PHONE soft display that can't connect and i flahing with manual option. flashing is ok soft display "flash done" but it can't connect with 3650 and can't finish process. io can make FFactory SET LM & set to factory def but can't make FOrmat USER Area. i know that version abouve 2.50 has got new user area organize that it's neccesery to format this after upgrade but i can't. i saw someware photo about preparing connector for 3650 but i think it was olny nessesery if phone can't be flashed but i can make it, so anybody have idea what i have to do to make format user area?

hi man try to change your cable put 3k3 resistor on series with bsi line " the one on the middel" tested

i need also 68K resistor too ot just 3k3 ?

witch line in 3650 connector is BSI?
i think it's red wire coz i have in one end of cable for griffin rj45 red wire in 3-rd position. but in pinout ex from bruce in 3650 at secound position are mbus
is there good photo for modification of 3650?
