S35 even insert sim

Hello guy this S35 have this problem when start show even insert sim , with and without sim card , i measure the current on sim reader pad on pcb from left to right are:

0 volt
0 volt
0.07volt with sim card and 0.14 whitout sim card
0 volt
0 volt
0 volt

How to solve? broken track?

you need oscillograph - signals must be impulse at the switch on moment....
