View Full Version : Problems with 3330 sw 4.30
Well, i used a partial from Chaval site, phone is unlocked now, logs into net,but after some seconds i only see Nokia,connecting people on screen.Anybody has an idea to repair (i was so hurry and busy,so i forgot to make a backup before unlocking).<br />Thx in advance<br />Vala<br />Handyplanet@gmx.de

Do you mean that the phone does not get network after short time? If so mail me and I wil send you partial to fix it. It will not unlock it but will get it working again.
I've read something about this stupid version before... it's said that unlocks the phone but does not get network... so many websites say this partial works "50%"... unlocks, yes, but no network... any solution?

I tested also 5 diferent partials in a 4.30 version and all do the same , unlock but not network...<br />We must wait to new solution<br />Really i do not know why people leave these partials saying unlock 50%... if not network, not runs... only to study it..<br />If anybody need full flash to test it, and try to do a partial, tell me and will send

Francis Donnel 100% no working partial v430 .
I haven't test it but a guy in IRC told me that he have already made 5 3330 4.30 with success. He just told me to make a backup before. He tried in 6 and 5 working 100% the other one he puts back the backup and still like in the beggining. I remember, I haven't tried it so I don't know if it's true or not!
Yesterday, KaToT claimed that he has 100% unlocking solution for this version.
Ask him for more info about this.
Hello<br />As I know only the downgrade methods can be work at the moment.

yes work fine, but after downgrading the menu "games" is missing and menu "picture messages" freeze the phone.<br />You must set "user default" with Wintesla or "factory set" if using my nokia-flasher.<br />Then the phone is OK

This is not by downgrading!!!<br />After 3330-430 is unlock, phone soft is still 3330-430!!! and will not reboot also with signal!!! TESTED IT 100%!!!

to meshoz:<br />yes this is result of downgrading. You can repait with WinTesla. Just select all "user default" and press ok. Don't press "full factory", because imei will be 000....

I mean that this is phone with original 4.16, but upgraded to 4.30. <br />If you try this partial to original/locked 4.30 then the phone will have many problems - reboots,freeze, missing menus etc...<br />4.30 is new generation nokia-flash. 2 checksums in the MCU and 2 in the PPM. Forget to unlock it with partial...

You gonna use two partials and not one!!!
I have downgraded many 3330 v4.30 phones and never had any problem with the phone (hanging, freezing) so it looks like Dejan's 1.04 dongle works realy good. Atleast for me <img src="smile.gif" border="0">

Well downgrading sometimes cause problem to the phone, specially when you don't know how to reset phone to factory setting <img src="smile.gif" border="0"> <img src="smile.gif" border="0"> <img src="smile.gif" border="0">
And beside it will take you about 10 mins to unlock one phone, what is you have 1000 pcs to unlock!!!
For me it will only take you 30 sec to unlock one phone!!!

francis, are you selling the soluton for nokia 3330v4.30 ???
And why wait so long to give the solution, is-it a way to sell dejan box´s ??? (because if every nokia, can be unlock why dejan 1.00b and normal flash cable) a few persons will be interested buying the dejan 1.04.
Is this all a "buissness making" ??? Why the other new versions of 8210 v5.29 and the 8250 and 8850 new versions are possible to make whit dejan 1.00b and not the 3330 v4.30 ???
In my opinion, tell me if i´m wrong, its time to stop the "business" of the box´s dejan 1.04.
Why you dont sell the fls ??? I think it will be better, if everybody give a little money to unlock their phones, i agree that the fls cannot be free, they take a lot of time to make.
But why aggreeing why this "bussiness" of dejan box´s 1.04 ???

I was thinking if I give this partial flash so soon, it will make unlocking service for 3330 ver. 4.30 very cheap, just like what happen in other nokia version...
If I'm not to give the partial for 3330 ver. 4.30 so soon, and the only method to unlock 3330 ver. 4.30 is only by downgrading (Maroon & Spear are selling) which is expensive, then, we the one that also bought Dejan 1.04 can charge a little and return our investment in a shorter time...
So people, try to understand other people who invest in this equipment like Dejan 1.04 or Nokia Logger, let them & me return our investment first!!!

I think you are making fun out of all of us. 3330 4.30 can't be unlocked with partial flash and many guys here on the forum have made partial flashes and after that phone is unlocked but looses network. So if you don't want people to call you cheater - and I know you helped lot of people here - post this partial for free or send it to someone who can test it prove what you wrote otherwise don't make fun here...

I'm not making this up nor making fun out of anybody, the reason why I don't release the 3330-430 partial yet is because as I said to my last response that I also invested the Dejan 1.04 dongle which cost me $1800.00!!!
OK, to prove it, I'll send the partial to Mar00n, since he's one of the trusted guy here in the forum and also sells Dejan 1.04, So guess he won't just release the partial and i think he won't spread the files so as to sacrifice and compromise his business of selling dejan's device...

I don't know why so many people don't want to trust someone when he presents a new solution like here the unlock prtial for v 4.30!
Nobady checked out his solution so it's better to wit until it's for free and then to give some positive or negative statements!
Yes I understand that you invested a lot of money for the dongle but I don't think taht you ear your money to unlock v4.30 with downgrading! no I think you own your money with uploading ppm and mcu soft!

Just a short post to confirm the words of Francis Donnel:
Yes, Francis was right. I received the partials from him and tested it yesterday evening. After flashing the phone with the first partial, phone is unlocked but looses network. But after putting in the second partial, phone accept any simcard and finds network.
Please don't fill in my mailbox with "Hi, could you send me these two partials, I got 700 phones to unlock..." or something, because I gave my word I will not release it untill he tells me to do so...

Well done for finding the solution, <br />I know many people may be P1ssed at the fact you won't just give away your hard work for free,
I see your point exactly, you are not trying to make loads of money from the partials, you are just hoping not to lose money by keeping the value of unlocking, and protecting your investment.
We all like freebies, but hard work has to be worth somthing.

How could you kill a 3330 4.30? I tried to think what you did but simply couldn't find an answer what your action was.
This reminds me of a unlock dude in my town. In his ads he mentions that he unlock ALL phones, old and new, with guarantee, also provides gsm service blah... blah... He rather don't tell his customer he can't do it so he is my regular visitor because after destroying the phone, he comes to me to reflash the phone or brings "old and new" phones for repair <img src="biggrin.gif" border="0"> <img src="biggrin.gif" border="0"> And sometime I can't repair his phone so he has to pay his customer 100 - 200 US$ for a new phone and that happens few times a month so I don't understand how his unlock business is rentable.
Same goes to you. Why did you take that phone from your customer for unlock anyway? Please tell me how you destroyed it.

To the members who are demanding the release of this partial, either be patient, or make it yourselves.
I am not clever enough to make this partial, so I will be patient, and polite in the meantime. If people demand or are rude then the author might not wish too share with others. Just chill......

@ ArashArash2:<br />If your problem is you flashed the phone and it doesn't get network then mail me for repair partial. If phone is completely dead mail me for mcu backup and that should fix it.
