Nokia 6600 BIG PROBLEM

Hello, I have a big problem with my recently bought nokia 6600. I have it no more than 10 days and two days ago it becomes very slow. I tried to turn it off and than on again, and after I turn it off, I couldn't turn it on anymore :confused: . I just see light of the display, than shows that nokia logo, and that is all. I leave it for some time to see if it maybe needs some more time to stat the symbian, because my phone memory was almost full, but nothing happens. Just that nokia log have gone and lights still remains. I have left it for more than 30 minutes to try to start the system, but nothing happens. Now I've given phone to some phone service, and they flashed him, but they told me nothing happened. Now I am waiting to see what they will do with it and I am very nervous, so can you please help me with some advice or a tip?

try to format the phone by pressing *,3,green bottom, ans power together untill u see on the svcreen that the phone begain the formating operation

Thank you very much for your answer, but the people from the servece I gave the phone told me that it is some hardware problem, because they already flashed the phone few times, and it doesn't work. :( Now they have told me that it looks that there is a problem with some memory chips, which they should replace if I understood them vell. I still doesn't have my phone :( and I am hoping that I will get it in the next few days.

yes. this is hardware error. u cant set factory.......setting. but u dont said, it will be back again in a few day.
