I have a problem - C35 LCD Blinking! I flashed the phone - still the same. Any idea?

iou have a hardware problem try to change infineon PMB2906(analog interface)

i think u must repair it with soft after flashing it .

try to upload fullflash. And unlock it with freia. It's software problem.

after you full flash it , you must rpair your phone with ziemens x3x workshop . download this software from this link http://siemens-mobile.wz.cz/html/software.php

flash again and repair imei with "ksie"
