It may be funny to you that I am asking, but I just want to be sure... When patching SL45, do we need to take SIM/MMC card out, or everything works just fine normally (just turn phone off)?
Also, does the battery have to be fully charged (like when flashing with Swup)? I am asking since my battery started dying when I started I started patching my phone...

Flash patching does not have any influence on battery. For patching you do not have to remove SIM/MMC. Battery does not have to be fully charged (it can't be totaly empty ofcourse).
If your battery starts to freak try recalculating your *.blk settings.
There is an article about this somewhere, but currently I have no idea where.

If I find it I'll post it here. :)

If you find that article about calculating blk setting, that would be great! Thanks for your answer!

You could use the tool 'cool_sensor' to calculating blk setting.
