Hi............. i purchased a sony ericcson T616 from AT&T........... and now i am trying to unlock the phone but i have no idea what software to use or anything at all......i also wanted to upgrade the phone but i have no idea what to you......... now i am trying to use the phone in saudi Arabia and i think they run on 900/1800mhz............ please if anyone can help me ...........i would appreciate it.........

Yes, it's trippleband 850-900-1900 I think.
Different bandlock gdfs files exist, but since there is a hardwaredifference between T610 and T616 I haven't got it working well in Europe.
For unlock you need DIV 8.4.
