View Full Version : V_Klay Problems @ Siemens M55
i instaled V_klay v2.7, i instaled the other programs that were recomended (LayoutMe, Siemens Picture Change 2.0, Siemens Character Editor) and when i wanted to use the program on my phone i got error:
"A hardware I/O error was reported while accessing COM1 - Loader: Open: no answer from boot InitBoot.bin."
what is the problem?

just keep on re-trying ...
or try to change the option for cable on vklay.
i tryed retryin'
the cable option u talk about is com1 or com2?
if this is it, i have tryed it!
VKLAY -> Options -> Advanced ...
try to change the configurations in there.

Try to change your Baud rate from 115200 to 57600
or use V_Klay v2.5
and which version of F/W do you have?

no name cable. in other programs it works with absolutly no problems!

Version of your FIRMWARE ! (F/W) -> tipe *#06* -> info -> to know it :p
no name cable. in other programs it works with absolutly no problems!
Try to another computer, sometime it works...
sw-version: 10 i think this is what u want to know
