hey all, sorry if this is out of topic but i can't resist to ask this question...
Few days ago, I found a few people "renting mobile phones" to customers who are calling overseas. They use mobilephones with the simcard from the telco here but the strange thing is that they charge 1/2 the price of what the telco are offering... so what has been hacked in this case????
