c30 dead but reading of flash is OK

i tried to repair a c30 which was dead ,using FRIEA9 ...
but i can read the flash but i cannot write or repair that phone , i am also unable to write the IMEI...?
help me..

Freia don't support write oder repair C30 or S40.

Write fullflash with Uni-Siemens and unlock mobile via Log and MAP with Logger 4.03 and siemens_mapper by henrich SGU and your mobile is working.

Yes it's HW problem. Rehot flash IC. I had this problem too few months ago.
