upload it up with griffin. Did you try this?
Not sure if it will work on this beast as in old ASIC. No experience on 6600 with ?????.

use griffin to give it rpl with it's real imie and it will work

try to write your rpl , if cant, change a new uem n write another rpl.
via .ask - .rpl file

You mean without changing the UEM??? Just read ASK file from the damaged imei (V RD_2004_wk09/26-02-04/NHL-10/(c) NMP.
IMEI ????????????????D^tL-10) phone and then send to griffin to generate the RPL and then write back to the phone.
