* flash it with RH-19

* flash it with the spesial 3100pmm to avoid the speaker problem

* unlock the phone

special pmm is to avoid speaker problem..

if u use 3100 pmm u will not get sound in ur speaker..

ey i think your solution is great and many appreciated it including me but i haven't tried it though, but just an addition man, i had 3100b new from U.S. when i inserted a sim card on it it shows phone blocked, it was an AT&T phone so what i did was unlock the phone using my unlocker codes then inserted a SMART simcard and it worked perfectly no other modification or flashing needed... but still really admired your work and i know it would be usefull to me one of this days, what a clever mind man... keep it up and more power...

no .. it will not work on 900 mhz networks .. u can change them with any suitable filters.. forom any Dct4/ Dct 3 phone.. :p

try 2 write the pmm of rh-19 and chek the signal ,,, if ok write the spacial pmm

else .. u have a hardware problem ... try 2 check the tx coupler and rplace it with 900 Mhz one .. or check ur P.A :)

man u can get them from dead wd2 phones ...nokia 1100 2300... ericsson t29/t39/ t68/ t300 ... geting them from dct3 phones dont make the quality u want ... ull face network problems .. try 2 do it well if u want 2 do it :p :) :p :)

man only thing u can do for this is that u have to download v4.01 mcu version make it clear u can check it in the phone with sim inside #*0000#
it will show the version of software u installed if it is not 4.01 then download it from twister flasher site which is first one in 3100 folder which one is arround 40mb...........
i have tested all the versions but no succes only this will work 100% if u still not have it give me ur email i will send u this version main mcu and language file in compresd form which u can use with boozer pm file and it will work 10000000000000000000000000000000%%%%%%%%%

at times wen u are converting any handset phone 2 another model u av 2 be verry carefull in d sence dat if u av an error occurs during ur operation it couses dis problem, so all u need 2 do is 2 reflash d fone or if u can try some hardware solution after u flash d fone, check 4 d eeprom and change with another 1, bcoz wen u are flashing it as 2 with bad eeprom 2 repair it.

its a H/W problem ... just check the UEM .. mabe u cose some damage while H/W converting .. even if the spacial pmm is with the imei section .. it musnt cos contact service..

man if you know how to do the hardware & software repair then you can do it urself, but if not better go to service cntre to do ur convertion, read from the beginning of this thread and you will learn

Converting 3100b or 3120b to 3100. It's very easy. In Vietnam, If u only replace two filters, u only use Vinaphone NET, but Mobifone NET have a trouble, u must be have a special PM which resolve this NET :D

Did everyone already converted 3620 to 3650 or 3660 ? u can contact Mr Syed, he is Moderator in this webpage, he's a very good about hardware :D :D :D

I'v got 3120b (sw 5.01) with MCU ID 2142 and when I tried to flash it with rh-19 4.01 it went into CS. I did init simlocks and full factory defaults but all the same.
When I flashed it with sw 6.01 it powered up ok, but no sound in speaker. Flashed with Ehab.pm but no changes. When I flashed it with rh-50 5.01 - it's ok!
May there are not any pm's to convert 3120b to 3120?

-Flash With RH-19_6.01
-Flash PM Attached here 'Ehab.rar'
-Write PP ( With Twister) ,with a file found here,named 'rh50_aws.pp'.

ok now set is flashed and switched on, and find the solution for no speaker voice, the way is, rite after flashing with special pm "ehab" file, i only do "init sim lock" then check the speaker it works fine. so i think dont use the option "full factory defaults".after flashing with pm file.:rolleyes:

Did you create this file yourself ? cuz I looked for a file with 38 Sets in all of the Product Profile files for rh_50 and couldn't find any....all of them have 48 Sets.
