Need to unlock Nokia 6820 manually.

I have exhausted 5 attemptst to unlock the Nokia 6820 GSM using de-coding software. I have obtained a DKU-5 cable but do not know if this is the correct cable. I have no software application to use with the cable and do not know where to obtain the software.

Can anyone provide assistance in the form of:

1. Is the DKU-5 cable appropriate to use to unlock the 6820?
2. What software application is needed to unlock the phone manually?

I am new at this and will need a little assistance.

not a case of just using cable, you need a dongle and prodigy box or something similar
