SX1 software update [Archive]

When I turn on SX1 it says "SX1 software update connect USB cable and start update software on PC". I update software, clean joistick but i still have problem. Somethimes without SIM phone start. Any ideas?
P.S.Also try format (*+#+on) but nothing happends

every time when phone start it says "SX1 software ....." and it's not a software problem.I think the reasons could be:
1.joistick
2.# button
3.bad solder on keyboard PCB(in my case)

I have the same problem.
I thing its soft problem.
My SX1 is with new PCB Layot ... otherwise i will try to unlock it using Test Points...

Any solutuion ???

With new keyboard PCB i can't resolve problem.Absolutely crazy phone!

I try to change the PCB (keypad) with new one too, but the problem still exist.
When i put the ( problem ??? ) PCB on the other brand new one PCB i'v got a : Phone Start up Failed ...
But i can do FORMAT !!! This means the buttons works fine !

I thing is a software prob.

You can fix this problem if you change a new joystick ! remember the mark point on the joystick !

As as say i change the PCB with brand new one , but the problem still exist !!!
In my case the the joystick work fine on the other good phone...

I have the same problem, and I success to flash phone with winswup , after that phone is ok. When you start winswup , you must deselect CORE from left panel , must flash only Omap ( Flash1 - Core Img(Z1),Var(Z2), Flash2 - iBoot,ROLF,Lffs), all this options must be selected. Hopes to help you :)
