I don't understand your answer completely, but PRL files are not use to unlock phones this kind of file is a table than tells the phone which towers to look for, each carrier has its own table; you also need to config some parameters of the phone (by software or keyboard), to do these you need to have access to the program capabilities of the phone which are usually protected by a code (SPC).

Friend the archives of (pri) are for making unlock of devices nokia CDMA without losing the system towers, therefore I am the search of these archives that when read they will in such a way eserão recorded with the Diego Service Software for 2280 and 8280

I have any pri file for cdma dct-4 phone up to 6225,i will send,maybe u cant flash because have question in Phoenix or Diego."no pri found or no nfp file".but u have.this prob not from pri or nfp file.in dir phoenix/cdma/nfp.For flashing or change from non ruim to ruim,or from ruim to non ruim have any teori u can read in cdma service manual.

That DLL is part of the WIBU-KEY protection, unless you have the program cracked is not going to work; CDMA flasher ... isn't that program for Motorolas? if so you also going to need the minichab or the emulator.

I use fls-4s with RnD func. Unlimitted counter. Or u can think to buy fps same as Nokia serv center use it ;)

FLS4 is nokia original FLASHER - its not a program - its box
and RD function enable to read SPC

you can find FLS4s with out RD and PKD dongle with RD function

Please can anyone give me where i can get full Flasher programme for CDMA Nokias.
I have two version of cdma nokia of same model but diffrent Version One of them which is Higher version can do what i want to use it for but the other lower version cannot

I need to read the flash of the higher version and write to the lower version so it can do the same as the other
