3100-contact service????

Hi guys,
My 3100 is diplaying "contact service",I think its stuck in a test mode but I havn't flashed the phone as I dont have a cable.
Any codes available to remove this from the screen? or do I need a cable(which type of cable)and flash file?

no code for contact service, will be much cheaper than buy cable to flash is give it to a service center
