a55 to c55 problem, pls help

what i did:
(1) cut a55 v11 (new phones) testpoint
(2) backup al stuff from a55 (firmware, eeprom, bootcore) -> worked
(3) used freia 15 for unlocking a55 -> worked
(4) used freia 15 for upgrading a55 to c55, BUT the phone doesn't switch on and make a strange noise bzzzzzzzzz.
(5) and, the last problem is solved if i write original eeprom from a55....

1st question: what does (4)-(5) mean?

what i did:
(1) tried to enable DES with "Siemens quick eeprom features" version 3.0; this software reported me that it enabled DES, but i cannot connect to phone using DES.

2nd question: haw can i solve this problem?

You have to unlock the phone after you upgraded it to c55. Just unlock with using original IMEI and it will be ok :)
