u dont need flashes & eeproms for phone blocked permanently, download http://downloads.gsm-technology.com/cgi-bin/getdb.cgi?mode=program&ID=492 & unlock ur phone with cosmo unlocker.

what's the problem with your phone?Some time ago i have a problem with cosmo suddenly phone ask for code and any unlock prog don't work it was corupted eprom some area are missing but solved with new eprom write

what problem i have with this phone?
very good question.
first time i write only the flash with ipl 2.9. The phone work't, bun can not receive or make any call.
then i found an eprom + flash and i downloaded them.After that the phone show me that messege "phone permanently blocked". I downloaded another flash and then it show me "contact provider".
When i write the flash from your link (gabiz_ro) it stop to work and refuse to comunicate with the computer.
Tell me what can I do?

And how I say sometimes ago have some problem with cosmo, phone work ok but sudenly ask for phone code and next phone permanently blocked.and in readed eprom was many empty fields.then time don't find eprom for cosmo so I try to make some modifications and in eprom "In eeprom la adresa 1280 este codul de siguranta aria 1200-1600 trebuie sa fie ok." in english now : at adress 1280 is phone code,region between 1200 1600 must be ok. I use eprom for mars for this modificatins.Althougs after that I think somethings not ok because battery life was very short -2 days max.So try to flash phone and write eprom after that read eprom and compare with what you wrote.
PS many type of mitsubishi have some problem with network if battery full all ok but if battery just a little bit low (one bar missing or full bat but little consumed result network ok but can't make any call)

anyway I still have that cosmo and if you really need I'll charge that phone and try to read flash and eprom if I can and then contact me to send you flash and eprom but flash don't know if and how I can read becouse is an old phone an that's the only one cosmo that I have received
