Comp 128 v2 and all SIMs active at the same time

Hi all,
A local delaer here claims to sell a SIM card copier here with below functions:
a. Can clone comp128 v2
b. all copied sim cards can be active at the same time, i.e. your phone will work like a desktop phone with 8 lines connected.

I am not sure if "b" is possible :confused: . Looks like a fraud :confused: . Any ideas ?

i hope you are not from Turkey ..
There is a guy in Turkey he making spam mails about that you are talking about
and i am thinking about this guy he is only cheater because he is very near to my town i went to find him but no result...
he is getting payments by bank and he prefer to clone sim cards by Post mail..

But there is a hope.. who knows.. i didn't get answers clearly ..
