6600 NO message alert tone

I've had this problem the last few days ... i have no message alert tone on the phone and after the message is recieved there is no "1 NEW MESSAGE" displayed on the phone ... just a little letter icon on the upper right part of the screen.Has somebody else experienced this problem and whats the solution???

full flash new version org and write pm file - format user area -ui factory by ufs3 100%
