Motorola C300 off itself with sim card

I have a Mot C300 which is water damaged previously. I already clean it thoroughly, and the phone works like normal, after 2 months, the phone won't turn ON if the SIM card is inserted to the phone, But if the phone without the SIM card, the phone can power ON like normal, i can press anything and the LCD display show anything that i pressed. But if with the SIM card inserted into the phone, the phone turn OFF immediately when i turn ON the phone. What is the prob?
