Help format/cleaning 6600

Hello,
Please can any one help me,i uploaded some programs on to my phone,nokia 6600.Some were great ,some not so great.i have tried various things i.e. *#7780# and other combations.I have also tried "green button,number 3 and * keypad".

Nothing seems to work.
Please i would like to make it like it came from the factory/shop.

The phone rebooted but it did not remove the programs that i added in the menu.Please help
