3100 nothing when connected with charger

hello friends
i have 3100 when i connect wth charger nothing happens , i checked and found +ve line on board is broken somewhere in layers of main board but i dont have service diagram and dont know where to jumper , can anybody help me ???????? while other functions r working normally . is there any fuse in charging linesssss???? THANX IN ADVANCE

check the k register that might be not working.

ya k resistance is damaged, thanks for help, now its working 100%
