[HELP] Installing Hebrew Pack on 3100

hi there m8s..!

i was wondering what would i need to install the nokia hebrew o/s on my nokia 3100 which currently has only english installed..?
i'm aware that i'll need to flash it..

i was wondering how to do it? using what cable (i have the usb cable that comes with the phone)? and where can i d/l the hebrew pack for the phone?

and also.. where do i get the hebrew language file..?
