full signal, Tmobile shows as banner, even changed network to 1900 instead of automatic, still "call failed" everyt ime i try to make any phone call?
any suggestions?

Make full factory reset in your phone and try again maybe it will help you ! ! ! !
yes factory resets works, i have tried it before, it worked for me.

This is purely software problem. Do make a full factory reset for your phone...it works 100%
