help again with "coded" pics

Hi , please help me with the previous thread
"Hi. I have a problem with my 341i, when i make a picture it's look ok, but when i watch the preview of picture it's look like a "coded" pics?!?!
Please help me. Thanks"
I must to rewrite the soft for this?? Or the camera is broken??, please help me.

Before you make a pictures(when you preview)it's looks ok but when the pictures is stocked (saved) on telefon, is look like "coded pics". When I want to atached a good (ok)picture from phone to a name from phone book, after that, the picture it's look coded again.???

seems to me the software works fine, but when you save the picture it goes wrong. So i guess the place where the picture is saved, probably a chip is broken.
