I730 invalid battery

hey well im a complete noob on phones so bare with me. I just got this I730 from my friend. Dont know where he got it from. Well it didnt come with charger so i went and bought one. When i try to charge it it says invalid battery. I tried a diff charger and diff battery too. Charger and batterys were original ones from my friends I730. Wuts wrong with my phone? can it be fixed? and if it can be fixed how much do u think the company would charge me?

Sounds like a problem with the phone itself to me. It is like a self destruct function in Motorolas... either Invalid Battery or Incompatible Charger. The problem is never what it says though. It might be water damage... you might need to send it for repair.

Is this phone activated with Nextel currently?

no it is not activated....or atleast i dont think so
