I dunno what to do :\ I have instaled all what is needed, and louched everthing as written in manual but still... crap.. any suggestions?

maybe will be nice to plug too hasp into USB :) and see if light is on.

try now :
1) Start setup hall version
2) Start hdd32.exe
3) Run delnt.bat
4) Run Mot.reg
5) Run instnt.bat
6) Copy 1345......reg in to directory with Viktor
7) Restart PC
8) Start startnt.bat
9) Start Viktor
3.6a version vorks now, but i can't unlock because phone turning off :\ I think i need to flash the phone version becouse its an old version. I'm trying to unlock t280.
Maybie anyone have flash file?
with 3.8 when I start it, I can see that it running in proces list (ctrl + alt +del) but I can;t see program window
Done, my first hacked telephone ;) Fully flashed and unlocked :)
