is the 3rd generation of telecomunications
like in you phone you can have internet at high velocity, you can see the other person who are you talking.....

it s new protocol of communication allowing PHONING services, data transmission with high speed, visio phoning and many other services
and the next UPDATE for this prtocol is the HSDPA which reachs a speed of 14.4 Mb/s
