i have the same Problem which you have
"No version data"

The Phone have New Firmware

Phones are from DEBITEL

i am talkin with DELOK of this Prob
Its better to join in the talk with Delok
So the Problem will be Solved in Delok Soft

Dear friend i dont want fights with nobody i just want say my opinion , i think you sell things a litle expenssive, if you put your very good soft a litle cheaper iam shure you will sell double and i think everybody buy from you because you have good name in gsmbusiness, my friend is only my opinion dont angry with me

I am not angry my friend. I just offer you solution, because you want to unlock this phone. Yes the software is very expensive, but I am just the seller. The programming team ask for this price. For some people it is not expensive, because they have many phones in stock, for another is expensive and they choose the remote unlock. As you see have solution for everybody :-).

Spear your prg is same as DELOK, so it can not read neather log file, neather can unlock s330 new version.
I tried to read log file, but without sucsses...
