Data transfer software

I have an MYX-5 phone, and i want to transfer ringtones via a data cable. I tried mydiscover and it doesnt detect the cable, so i tried My Pictures and Sounds or whatever and that says something about a non compatable data cable in port 2.
How can this be possible if i have used the cable to get info about my phone etc and it was always detected before. Apart from these 2 pieces of software, what else could i use to do this?

Your data cable it is not on 100% efficient on ca. 60-80% only :(

If you use My pictures and sounds 7.04 or newer you can use non original sagem cable

ah ok then thanks a lot im sure the version i tried was 7.04 but im not sure so ill give it another go. Apart from thst is there another way to get ringtones without using wap or something

sorted it out now using v7.06 Thanks for your help
