gd87 LCD appearing white

i have a GD87 that has the LCD inside appearing white, anyone know what may be wrong? The outer screen works fine!

dont sound like fone booting fully check imei ect in cb2000

thanks for that but is there anything specific i need to check in CB2000 becuz i have checked the IMEI n it matches the phone!
IS there anything else i need to do that might discover the problem?
How do i know if its hardware related?

phone is "freeze"??when you press the key's did you hear key tones??did try to chang lcd??

yeh keypad makes noise when i press them?

Try to clean the connectors of flex cable from display!

change lcd and check for water damage on lcd conector's(connector to pcb also).

try flashing the phone to higher flash file eg a55 ?? could work also clear memorey on cb2000

this are not my words , but ... solution works fine i just dont have the correct inglish to put it so well ..... read this carefully

the downgrade has worked and im going to tell you how to do it.

you will aslo need a unlocking cable which can be found @ http://www.mobilefun.co.uk (i have this one best one i think also i did not isolate pins 4-10 when i downgraded unlocked etc..)

okay we will need the program so go to:

And download "WinMoDo 3.3b"

also vist here:

and download the flash file:

"GD87 A22"

unzip the language pack is inculed so your on your way now

now open "WinMoDo 3.3b"

and load the image file and language file

"NOTE Make sure the "BOOT" "MAIN" "LANGUAGE" are selected "GREEN"

now select the panasonic GD87 phone from the drop down menu
also change the "BAUD RATE" to - 115200

Then put your data cable into your mobile then click start download when it says "Signalling" press the power on button then it should do it all

then use Panasonic GD6x/GD8x Code Reader
which can be downloaded from here:

now your phone will be unlocked
