Do i need to connect VCC and BTEMP or i can connect TX,RX,GND,MBUS and then manually switch mobile like 3310 and others

It is necessary to connect the Vpp. The Btemp can be left free - I use it so, because the auto-turning-on feature seems to me a little bit dangerous.
