I have been asked by a colleague to have a look at his phone. He recently had it unlocked, and now it seems to do its own thing, sometimes not ringing, sometimes just switching off, and sometimes saying that his sim card is not accepted ! I'm reluctant to look at it or flash it, without advice. Is it that it's had a bad flash, if so would I need to full flash it, or partial flash it ? Any advice welcomed.
