Help: Unlocking V525

Dear friends,

Please help me to unlock a V525 (vodafone, UK)!

I have never used any Motorola phone before and this V525 is given by a friend from UK. It is locked to Vodafone network!

I only have a USB Motorola cable, what can I use to unlock this phone?

Any Motorola expert can help me?

I am not a professional unlocker so a Smart-clip for just one phone is not worth! May be I shall visit James at Boilpass and ask him to "demo" the Smart-clip with my phone :D
