Need some advice here guys, my colleague has a 3310 that keeps switching off, not ringing, or says sim card not accepted. I've been advised to upgrade the software to V4.45. Is it just a case of flashing the phone with a partial flash, or do I need to flash the phone with a "Safe" backup flash? or what ?
