m21i low contrast and blue screen update firmvares not solve this prob.it is in eeprom ı think...anybody help me where is the values in eeprom..how can ı solve this problem

may be it`s not eeprom!
try to change other LCD

did you try masterreset. I don´t kno it helps? press * and hold it then type 65512890

try it and post result
