to access the ENG. MODE press: 2945#*#

power on the phone (without sim card)
then enter the following :
2945#*70001#

eng. menu will open up....select factory reset

lOCK WILL BE REMOVED. :)

The engineer mode bit works great, but factory reset did not unlock the fone, can you help further? Cheers Ste

Factory reset, will only reset security code... doesn´t unlock the phone
