How configure Eclipse to write Midlets for SL45?

I looking for description how configure (which components I need)
to start write midlets in Eclipse environment?

Hmm... I wanted to try eclipse, but it was soooo slow on my notebook - I gave up.
I don't know if there's already a set available for creating J2ME applications. I prefer a good editor (UltraEdit e.g.) and a batch file for doing the steps compiling, preverifying, creating .jar file and copying into emulator directory. If you need that batch file, mail me.
