Hi

My camera stopped working on E700, when camera is activated screen turns white.Also the colour display on screen in normal mode is very bright.
Please help, to sort this out.

dump eeprom - ust 6
erase flex memory - ust 6
erase flash- dumper 1.8
do a nand format - downloader 3.3

write new flash and tfs - downloader 3.3
write new flex memory file -ust 6
write eeprom - ust 6

if that doesn't work, its definitely an lcd prob

All that stuff you explained, I'm not so clued up, could you please explain this in detail, I have no idea bout flashing etc. Really appreciate it.

get a e700/e708 flasher cable

'ust 6' is a program which has those features mentioned above
'dumper 1.8' is a program which has those features mentioned above
'downloader 3.3' is a program which has those features mentioned above

do u understand now ?

I have the same problem. It must be a hardware problem as it was working before. The screen gradually went whiter and whiter.

Is the diagram shown for soldering cables back on ???

Also - What is the best way to open the mobile ?

Do need any special tools ? :confused:

Dear, This is a HW problem.

Change the LCD or if you can change the Flat Cable better !!

I'm sure of that, had it many many times.

Change the flex cable. This is E700 defect. 100 % shure.
