imei is correct but simlocked always I put nck code it shows opened but after restart lock comes back again

if you have allready good cable (10 to 12V on pin9) the try to use flasher v2.83 in win98. if you don't have at least 10V it doesn't flash.

if you still have trouble flashing fin me on Yahoo messenger

I have good cable and adjustable voltage for this And I flashed alot of but this phone very hard and I gave back to custumer this moment..
