what message you get? what exactly does not work? Can u send a screenshot?

Firstly, this should be in it's own ne thread, but here is an answer anyway:
I have see this before two times, also I have seen a phone connect ok, but 'Communication Error' after pressing 'Unlock'
Each time it was caused by the USB supply not being good enough.
On 2 occasions it was ona laptop, and the other time was on a desktop where the USB was connected via a hub.
Try using another PC. You can even just plug the USB cable to another PC when using the original PC (a laptop?) and it will fix the problem.
The Blue-LED cable still lights ok but the power is not good enough.
I have also seen one PC shut off the power to the USB line, (the blue LEDs in the cable go out) and the PC needs rebooting to get the USB power back on agian (Most PCs shut off USB power if the current goes too high), but in the 3 examples of 'Communication error' and 'New version detected' the LEDs looked OK all the time.

FOr the "communication error " Today i already used one LG phone to unlock , have same problem , only need disconnect and connect again then click unlock , can solve this problem .
